5. Results Disclaimer

Coaching outcomes vary between individuals. The goal of Fungia Tech Coaching is to provide structured tools, practice, and feedback — not to guarantee a specific interview result or job offer. Success in any interview depends on a wide range of factors beyond the coaching relationship, including the client's own effort, preparation, and the discretion of the hiring organisation.

Your experience will depend on your individual circumstances, starting point, and the specifics of the roles you are targeting.

6. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, templates, written materials, and methodologies provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Fungia Tech Coaching. They are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without prior written permission.

Your personal career stories and professional history remain entirely your own.

7. Confidentiality

Daniel Ashford will not disclose your personal or professional information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law. Session content is treated as strictly confidential.

Clients are also asked to treat the coaching materials and methodologies shared during sessions as confidential and not for redistribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Fungia Tech Coaching's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including lost earnings or missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you also have the right to access the UK's alternative dispute resolution schemes. More information is available from the Competition and Markets Authority.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to all bookings made after its publication date. For bookings already confirmed, the terms in place at the time of booking apply.
